We are able to ship most pieces immediately. However, if the item is not available, please allow 2 weeks for delivery so the piece may be cast and refined.

All the orders are shipped within 2 working days after payment confirmation, with the exception of products to be sent to cast after customer request, for which the shipment takes place within 14 working days, as communicated at the order confirmation.

We ship our products all over the world and use private couriers in the transport of our pieces. Customs tariffs will apply for non-EU destinations.

Our products are generally delivered within 3 working days from the date of shipment within the EU, and within a maximum of 7 working days in non-EU countries. For further information visit the Shipping and Delivery page.

We care about the satisfaction of our customers and firmly believe in the beauty and quality of our pieces. For this reason, we guarantee the right to return all products within 14 working days following delivery for damages. The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the client.
